Section 29-5-211 - Expenses, costs and fees

Unless otherwise provided in the agreement to arbitrate, the arbitrators' expenses and fees, together with other expenses, not including attorney fees, incurred in the conduct of the arbitration, shall be paid as provided in the award.Acts 1977, ch. 159, § 1; T.C.A., § 23-535.
