Section 29-5-331 - Relationship to electronic signatures in global and national commerce act

The provisions of this part governing the legal effect, validity, and enforceability of electronic records or electronic signatures, and of contracts performed with the use of electronic records or signatures conform to the requirements of Section 102 of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. § 7002).Added by 2023 Tenn.
