Section 29-6-151 - Replevy after return

After the return of the attachment, and at any time before sale of the property attached, the clerk of the court to which return is made shall take the replevy bond and fix the value of the property, and judge of the sufficiency of the security.Code 1858, § 3511 (deriv.
