The property attached, if not replevied, with its proceeds or increase from the date of levy, shall be subjected to the satisfaction of the judgment or decree by sale upon such terms and conditions as may, in the discretion of the court, be deemed for the interest of all parties, by order of sale, or by other process necessary to effect the object.Code 1858, § 3536 (deriv.
