Section 29-7-104 - Notice to retain possession

The notice should also require the defendant not to pay any debt due by the defendant, or thereafter to become due, and to retain possession of all property of the defendant, then or thereafter in defendant's custody or under defendant's control, to answer the garnishment.Code 1858, § 3480; Shan., § 5240; Code 1932, § 9431; T.C.A.
