Section 3-1-109 - Office space, equipment, and supplies

The county legislative body of any county having a population of not less than eighty-three thousand three hundred (83,300) and not more than eighty-three thousand four hundred (83,400), according to the 1980 federal census or any subsequent census shall be authorized to provide any member of the general assembly representing such county, or any part thereof, with suitable office space, office furniture, equipment, and supplies. Such office shall be located in such county in a location determined by the county legislative body.Acts 1983, ch. 301, § 1.
