Section 3-1-110 - Business or occupation participation not part-time or temporary

Notwithstanding any law or rule to the contrary, a member of the general assembly shall not be considered as participating in a business or occupation on a part-time or temporary basis because of such member's attendance at sessions or committee meetings of the general assembly.Acts 1988, ch. 1031, § 1.
