Section 3-1-117 - Use of electronic signatures for request to convene for extraordinary session

Whenever a written request to convene for an extraordinary session is initiated by members of the senate and the house of representatives in accordance with the Constitution of Tennessee, Article II, § 8, signatures by the members may be provided electronically.
