Section 3-1-123 - Filing of report with legislative reference and law library and office of the speaker of the house of representatives

(a) If a statute requires an official or entity to make a report to the general assembly, the speakers of the general assembly, a committee of the general assembly, or any combination thereof, then a copy of the report shall also be filed with the legislative reference and law library.(b) In addition to the filing requirement in subsection (a), if a statute requires an official or entity to make a report to the general assembly, the house of representatives, a committee of the house of representatives, or any combination thereof, then the official or entity must also file a copy of the report with the office of the speaker of the house of representatives.Amended by 2019 Tenn.
