Section 3-3-105 - Compensation of employees

The compensation to be paid to any sergeants-at-arms, counsel, investigators, clerks and stenographers, for performing their duties under this chapter, shall be in pursuance of appropriations to be made in the miscellaneous appropriation bill, out of any funds in the state treasury not otherwise appropriated.Acts 1931, ch. 3, § 16; C.
