Any person violating § 3-3-112 shall be subject to indictment, trial and conviction in any county of this state in which, after having been subpoenaed, the person has gone, remains or may be found, while willfully disobeying the subpoena, or in which the person willfully fails to appear, as directed in the subpoena, or having appeared, willfully refuses to answer any question or produce any paper or other evidence pertinent to the matter under inquiry, as provided in § 3-3-112.Acts 1931, ch. 3, § 6; C.
