Section 3-3-125 - Liberal construction

This chapter shall be liberally construed in favor of making more effective any investigation ordered by either or both houses of the general assembly for the purpose of obtaining information to aid the general assembly, or either house thereof, in the performance of its legislative duties and obligations to the people of this state.Acts 1931, ch. 3, § 19; C.
