Section 3-7-106 - Subpoenas - Oaths

In carrying out its work, the committee is authorized to issue subpoenas, including subpoenas duces tecum, to enforce the attendance of witnesses and the production of records, documents, papers, or other items of evidence, and to administer oaths to persons testifying before the committee.Acts 1967, ch. 12, § 6; 1967, ch. 198, § 6; T.C.A., § 3-706.
