Section 30-2-407 - Execution against property in heir's hands

If a decree is made against the heir or heirs, or any of them, execution shall be issued against the real estate of the deceased debtor in the possession of the heir or heirs against whom the decree is given.Code 1858, § 2255 (deriv.
