The conservator shall have all the rights, powers, and duties of a guardian of the property as established in title 34, chapters 1 and 2, and an absentee and an absentee's dependents shall be entitled to all benefits accruing to a ward or a ward's dependents under those chapters. The court shall have the same responsibility as to a conservatorship as with respect to the guardianship of the property under those chapters.Acts 1972, ch. 785, § 9; T.C.A., § 30-1909.
