Section 31-7-116 - Application to existing relationships

Except as otherwise provided in § 31-7-113, an interest in or power over property existing on May 10, 2019 as to which the time for delivering or filing a disclaimer under law superseded by this chapter has not expired may be disclaimed after May 10, 2019.Added by 2019 Tenn.
