Section 32-1-108 - Application of Sections 32-1-101 - 32-1-108

Sections 32-1-101 - 32-1-108, inclusive, shall not apply to wills executed in this state on or before February 15, 1941, or to wills offered for ancillary probate in this state that have been admitted to probate in the state or country of the testator's domicile.Acts 1941, ch. 125, § 8; mod.
