Section 32-11-109 - Willful misconduct - Penalty

Any person who willfully conceals, cancels, defaces, obliterates or damages the declaration or revocation of another without the declarant's consent, or who falsifies or forges the declaration or revocation of another shall be civilly liable and subject to criminal prosecution for a Class C misdemeanor, and if a provider, subject to administrative and professional discipline.Acts 1985, ch. 355, § 9; 1989, ch. 591, § 113.
