Section 33-1-306 - Designation of administrative law judges or hearing officers

The commissioner may designate employees as administrative law judges or hearing officers to conduct contested case hearings when cases are required to be held under the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5, for admission review hearings for admission to department facilities.Acts 1984, ch. 922, § 1; T.C.A. § 33-1-206; Acts 2000, ch. 947, § 1.
