Any corporation that is exempted from taxation under 26 U.S.C. § 501(c)(3), and that contracts with the department to provide services or supports to the public shall be authorized to purchase or contract to purchase goods or services at the same terms and conditions as that contracted for by the state under state purchasing contracts.
