Section 33-2-302 - Regulation of compliance

The department shall regulate compliance with basic quality standards to the extent otherwise authorized by this title. The department may monitor compliance with basic quality standards in all settings, including those over which it does not have regulatory authority. The department may monitor by inspections conducted by other state agencies as part of their regular duties.Acts 2000, ch. 947, § 1.
