Section 33-2-802 - Bond of chief officer

Each chief officer shall give an official bond, in a sum to be fixed by the commissioner of finance and administration, the comptroller of the treasury and the state treasurer, to be executed, conditioned and filed in accordance with title 8, chapter 19.
