Section 33-3-126 - Right to religious expression

A licensee or provider under this title may not discourage or preclude a service recipient from exercising the right to religious expression and shall inform each service recipient in a residential environment of this right. A licensee or provider of religious service may provide transportation for a service recipient under this section.Acts 2002, ch. 730, § 8.
