Section 33-3-411 - Runaways - Custody

If a transferee runs away from a department facility or a program that is operated by a private contractor for the department and is taken into custody within thirty (30) days after running away, the transferee shall be returned to the custody of the commissioner at a facility designated by the commissioner.
