If a commitment to involuntary care and treatment is entered, the certifying professionals shall disclose to the hospital or treatment resource that admits the person on its request information they have about the person, including diagnosis, past treatment, and anything else relating to the person's condition that may aid the facility in providing appropriate care and treatment.Amended by 2024 Tenn.
