Section 33-4-204 - Duration of guardianship or conservatorship

An employee serving as legal guardian or conservator under this part may serve under these provisions only so long as the employee continues to be an employee of the department and for up to ninety (90) days after the ward leaves the state facility.Acts 1983, ch. 323, § 4; T.C.A., §§ 33-332, 33-3-903; Acts 2000, ch. 947, § 1.
