The department shall report quarterly to the health committee of the house of representatives, the health and welfare committee of the senate, and the finance, ways and means committees of both the house of representatives and the senate on the implementation and the impact of available suitable accommodations, including the number and length of any delayed admissions.Amended by 2013 Tenn.
