If at any time it is determined that the person is no longer in need of immediate observation, care and treatment in accordance with this part and is not in need of involuntary care and treatment in a hospital, the person shall be released unless the person agrees to be admitted to a hospital or treatment resource.Acts 2000, ch. 947, § 1.
