Section 33-9-203 - Supplementary agreements

The compact administrator may enter into supplementary agreements with appropriate officials of other states pursuant to Articles VII and XI of the compact compiled in § 33-9-201. If the supplementary agreements involve the use of a facility or facility of this state or the provision of any service by this state, the agreement shall have no force or effect until approved by the head of the department or agency under whose jurisdiction the institution or facility is operated or whose department or agency will be charged with rendering the service.Acts 1971, ch. 364, § 3; T.C.A., § 33-1503; Acts 2000, ch. 947, § 1.
