Section 33-9-204 - Financial obligations

The compact administrator, subject to the approval of the commissioner of finance and administration, may make or arrange for any payments necessary to discharge any financial obligations imposed upon this state by the compact or by any supplementary agreement entered into thereunder.Acts 1971, ch. 364, § 4; T.C.A, § 33-1504; Acts 2000, ch. 947, § 1.
