Section 34-5-104 - Appointment of guardian when necessary prior to payment of benefits

Whenever, pursuant to any law of the United States or regulation of the veterans administration, it is necessary, prior to payment of benefits, that a guardian be appointed, the appointment may be made in the manner provided in §§ 34-5-106 - 34-5-110.Acts 1943, ch. 90, § 3; C.
