Section 36-1-105 - Violation of criminal provisions of part by state employee - Dismissal

Any employee of the state of Tennessee who is convicted of the violation of any of the criminal provisions of this part shall be instantly dismissed from the state service and shall never again be eligible for employment in state service.Acts 1995, ch. 532, § 1.
