Any person who or entity that knowingly provides false information to the department, a licensed child-placing agency or licensed clinical social worker, or the court in connection with any of the provisions of §§ 36-1-125 - 36-1-138 or § 36-1-141, or the rules and regulations of the department that establish procedures for search requests or access to records, commits a Class E felony.Acts 1995, ch. 532, § 1.
