The amounts of adoption assistance and other aid that Tennessee will provide to children with special needs in accordance with Article IV of the Interstate Compact on Adoption and Medical Assistance shall be determined in accordance with § 37-5-106(a)(13).Acts 1985, ch. 35, § 2.
