Section 36-5-110 - Termination of Acts 1985, ch

(a) If any provision of the federal law that mandates any provision of chapter 477 of the Public Acts of 1985 is declared to be unconstitutional by the supreme court of the United States, any such provision of such act shall cease to be effective one (1) year from the date of such supreme court decision.(b) Enactment of chapter 477 of the Public Acts of 1985 is dependent on the availability of federal funding for its implementation, and if, at any time, such federal funding becomes unavailable, such act is thereby rendered repealed, null and void, and of no effect.Acts 1985, ch. 477, §§ 23, 24.
