Section 36-5-111 - Liability for clerk's fee

In all cases where payments for child support are made through or administered by the court clerk, the decree or order setting the child support must state that the party responsible for paying such support shall be responsible for the clerk's fee, as stated in § 8-21-403, and the amount thereof.Acts 1985, ch. 379, § 1.
