Section 36-5-709 - Licensing authorities - Cooperation with department - Agreements

The various licensing authorities shall cooperate with the department in any manner necessary to effectuate this part, and the department and the various licensing authorities shall enter into any necessary agreements to carry out the purposes of this part.Acts 1996, ch. 892, § 10.
