Section 36-5-808 - Statewide jurisdiction of department

The department's authority and jurisdiction in issuing requests, administrative orders, or subpoenas pursuant to any administrative authority granted by law shall be statewide over all persons or entities in cases subject to its administrative procedures. Acts 1997, ch. 551, § 11.
