Section 36-6-238 - Appeals

An appeal may be taken from a final order in a proceeding under this part in accordance with the Tennessee Rules of Appellate Procedure and may be accelerated under Tennessee Rules of the Court of Appeals, Rule 13. Unless the court enters a temporary emergency order under § 36-6-219, the enforcing court may not stay an order enforcing a child-custody determination pending appeal.Acts 1999, ch. 389, § 39.
