Section 36-6-240 - Law enforcement officer powers

At the request of a prosecutor or other appropriate public official acting under § 36-6-239, a law enforcement officer may take any lawful action reasonably necessary to locate a child or a party and assist a prosecutor or appropriate public official with responsibilities under § 36-6-239.Acts 1999, ch. 389, § 41.
