Section 36-6-241 - Respondent liability for costs and expenses incurred by prosecutors, public officials and law enforcement officers

If the respondent is not the prevailing party, the court may assess against the respondent all direct expenses and costs incurred by the prosecutor or other appropriate public official and law enforcement officers under § 36-6-239 or § 36-6-240.Acts 1999, ch. 389, § 42.
