If an evaluation under § 37-1-128(d) shows that a child may be subject to commitment to the temporary legal custody of the department, the juvenile court may direct any person it determines to be suitable for the purpose to file a complaint under § 37-1-175.Acts 2000, ch. 947, § 7.
