Section 37-1-313 - Documents and records furnished to indigent petitioner

After a petition has been filed, if the judge finds that the petitioner is indigent as defined in § 40-14-201, the judge is empowered to issue an order directed to the clerk of any court in Tennessee to furnish to the petitioner or to petitioner's counsel, without cost to the petitioner, certified copies of such documents or parts of the record on file in the clerk's office as may be required.Acts 1978, ch. 750, § 13; T.C.A., § 37-1713.
