Section 37-1-316 - Evidence - Oral testimony, depositions, affidavits

Evidence may be taken orally or by deposition or, in the discretion of the court, by affidavit. If affidavits are admitted, any party shall have the right to propound written interrogatories to the affiants or to file answering affidavits.Acts 1978, ch. 750, § 16; T.C.A., § 37-1716.
