As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Child' means a person who is under eighteen (18) years of age or who is reasonably presumed to be under eighteen (18) years of age;(2) 'Department' means the department of children's services; and(3) 'Report of harm' means a report filed under § 37-1-403.Acts 1973, ch. 81, § 1; impl. am.
