Section 37-2-318 - Exceeding number of children authorized prohibited - Keeping children in place not designated in license prohibited

No greater number of children shall be kept at any one time on the licensed premises than is authorized by the license, and no child shall be kept in a building or place not designated in the license.Acts 1949, ch. 222, § 11; C.
