(a) The provisions of § 4-29-114 shall not apply to this part.(b) All staff, staff positions, offices, equipment, supplies, property, funds and other resources of the children's services commission and the juvenile justice commission shall be transferred to the commission on children and youth.(c) The commission on children and youth shall be subject to the provisions of § 4-29-118(a).Acts 1988, ch. 979, § 3.
