(a) The Tennessee informational clearinghouse on teenage pregnancy is created strictly for the purpose of providing the people of this state with an accurate, accessible, and centralized repository of information concerning teenage pregnancy and related problems as well as available programs and services.(b) Nothing contained within this part shall be construed as authorizing or requiring the commission or the clearinghouse to certify or otherwise attest to the quality of any program or service for which it maintains information.(c) The clearinghouse shall not provide, and shall not be used for, counseling services.Acts 1987, ch. 441, § 1.
