Section 37-4-204 - Determination of financial responsibility

Financial responsibility for any child placed pursuant to the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children shall be determined in accordance with Article V thereof in the first instance. However, in the event of partial or complete default of performance thereunder, the provisions of any laws of the state of Tennessee fixing responsibility for the support of children also may be invoked.Acts 1974, ch. 477, § 2; T.C.A., § 37-1406.
