Section 37-5-134 - Report of suspected violation of court order to law enforcement by case manager

A department of children's services case manager shall report a suspected violation of a court order to law enforcement if:(1) The department currently has an open case on the family that is subject to the court order;(2) The court order is an order issued pursuant to title 36, chapter 3, part 6, and concerns at least one (1) individual who is a subject of the department's open case;(3) The department case manager has knowledge of the court order; and(4) The department case manager observes the person against whom the court order has been entered acting in violation of the court order.Added by 2022 Tenn.
